Career & Achievements: I spent 7+ years leading marketing teams in the talent acquisition space – including the largest team in North America. In my early years, I was a Global Marketing & HR Lead for the International Quidditch Association. To date, I’ve made Staffing Industry Analyst’s “40 under 40” list and am a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women NextGen.

Hi, I’m Dina: At Hueman, I specialize in identifying and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies and excel in placing top candidates in a wide range of sectors. I enjoy spending time with my husband and rescue puppy, captaining my women’s soccer team, and experimenting in the kitchen with new dishes.

Career & Achievements: After transitioning from strategic marketing to talent acquisition in 2009, I’ve since launched and grown the Hueman RPO division and am in the process of launching a new division that provides total talent solutions to investment organizations. My various recognitions include; 2018 – HRO Today: Rising Star, 2017 and 2011 – Core Value Winner and 2019 – Babes Who Hustle. In 2022, I became a 2X Award-Winner of Top 10 Most Influential People in Executive Hiring.
