Hi, I'm Scotty: I live in Southwest Florida with my husband and our three mini schnauzers. I have two adult children and love spending time with family, traveling, and staying active outdoors. I've built my career in talent acquisition, spending more than 30 years with global consulting and outsourcing firms.

Career & Achievements: I began my career as a recruiter right out of college and grew through roles across operations and solutions. Over the past five years, I served as North American President for one of the world's largest human capital firms. In December 2025, I joined Hueman People Solutions as Chief Sales Officer. I was also named to Staffing Industry Analysts' Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2025.
